Stoney Gwitira’s vast experience in Storage and Computer System Administration inspired him to co-found DAG in 2007. As the Vice President of Information Technology, he supports DAG’s philosophy of providing professional specialized storage solutions. Stoney is committed to strengthening the options available to clientele and often works hands-on in a variety of client environments. Before DAG, Stoney worked with AT&T as a Senior Technical Architect in a Storage Planning and Solution Architecture role. During his 12 years with AT&T, Stoney migrated over 5 Petabytes and 5,000+ hosts across multiple Storage array vendors worldwide. Stoney holds an Associate of Science degree – Computer Science from Southwestern Christian College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Advanced studies in Economics from the University of Texas at Arlington, and two master’s degrees: MBA – Management Information Systems; MBA – Technology and Engineering Management from Dallas Baptist University. Stoney is an active member of the Association of IT Professionals in Dallas, Texas, and volunteers at Southwestern Christian College in Terrell, TX.
