Ms. Robertroy is an accomplished senior CBU manager, a professional with 32 years of experience managing clients in the outsourcing industry. Her illustrious career carries big names like General Motors, Xerox and Atos. Scarlett excels at all aspects of organizational governance, relationship management, and service delivery and has been accorded recognition for both the quality and timely service provided to her client accounts. Her expertise includes interfacing with C-level executives and aligning business objectives with innovative technology solutions to positively impact client shareholder values. This is the role she continues to execute at DAG and has managed some of the biggest accounts and projects inhouse. Complementing her proven management skills is the wide variety of developmental project and program initiatives she has managed prior to client management.
